How many kinds of finishes you can make?

Mirror polishing, mat finish, electroplated finish, covering gold leaf, painting and patina.

What's your terms of payment ?

1) Our common-used of payment term is 30% amount paid by T/T, PayPal, or cryptocurrency payment as advance payment; the balance should also be paid after buyer's inspection and before shipment.
2) For customized order, the advance payment should be 60%.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What's your returns policy?

We take enormous pride in the quality of our handcraftsmanship and authenticity of our materials, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. Should you wish to return your item, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. You will be responsible for the cost to return the item to us, and all made-to-order items carry a 20% restocking fee. If you are returning your item due to a fault, you must inform us within 5 days of delivery.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase by contact us. Made to order items cannot be cancelled after 48 hours.
